This comment really assured me that you guys were definitely on the case and it might have been possible that my SUV could have been retrieved sooner had I not put the date for question. We concluded the conversation by your telling me you were going to call the investigator back and tell them to move on the assignment now. That really made me feel great and there was no doubt in my mind I was dealing with professionals.
